Rental Policies

Client Responsibilities

We ask that every customer take good care of their Mobile Oasis unit during the rental period. Please make sure to:

Provide safe and easy access for delivery, setup, and use.
Protect the unit from damage, vandalism, or theft.
Use proper safety measures — apply tongue locks and tire blocks when the trailer is unhitched.
Attach the trailer securely when towing, and lock the door when in transit.
Do not smoke inside the unit.
Do not ride in or on the trailer while it's moving.
Notify us promptly if the unit becomes full, damaged, or unusable.
Clean and empty the unit before returning it to receive your full deposit back.
Pay for any damages as outlined on our parts list.

Mobile Oasis will:

Deliver a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked restroom unit ready for use.
Ensure the unit is safe and in proper working condition upon pickup or delivery.

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the unit during the rental period, except for normal wear or damage caused by natural events.
A replacement fee may be charged if the unit or its components are lost or destroyed.
Mobile Oasis is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of the unit or placement on unsafe ground.

To receive your full deposit back, please:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit the entire rental amount.

Mobile Oasis may end the rental agreement if:
